- The parent guide (English | Spanish) is available to assist you with completing New Student Enrollment online.
- Follow instructions in the form. Documents required for submission are: Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Last Report Card, Proof of Address (SDG&E, Cable, Lease Agreement)
